Mission Meat Shop provides fresh and frozen beef, pork, chicken and lamb. Turkeys are seasonally brought in for the holidays.
Mission Meat Shop also provides a cut and wrap service for farmers. Processing beef for roast, steak, ribs, ground, jerky and sausage.
Pork processing for hams, bacon and sausage.
Mission Meat Shop makes custom orders of sausage with the farmers animals with a minimum of 25lbs per batch. Our list of sausages include farmer, dinner, breakfast, maple, cheese smokey, pepperoni chorizo, bratwurst, garlic coil, and salamis.
Mission Meat Shop also provides cut and wrap for the hunters. We get very busy in the fall and try to do our best not to turn anyone away.

Custom cut and wrap policy has helped our staff operate as smooth as possible.
Once you have a kill date at the slaughter house, Mission Meat Shop will confirm a spot in our calendar.
Cutting instruction can be printed off the website and filled out and must be signed and email to firstname.lastname@example.org and sent before the kill date, if not in by the deadline a standard cut and wrap will be done. No exceptions.
Once you’ve been called that your order is ready for pickup, the order must be picked up within 48 hours of being called. After that there will be a 25 dollar storage fee per day, per animal.
Orders phones in for pickup will be filled depending on stock and ready for pick up the following day.
